Our HIPAA Policies and Procedures are written in plain language to facilitate easy understanding in safeguarding PHI under the Privacy and Security Rules.
Our HIPAA strategy consists of audits and a regular risk analysis to decrease liabilities and protect PHI, along with an internal compliance reporting system.
We obtain Business Associate Agreements with any outside person or company that interacts with Protected Health Information.
