IMPORTANT!

To enable automatic extractions for 2014, configure preferences from the Configuration tool on MAQ Dashboard. Select the stage that you will be attesting for this year. If you are a practice administrator, set up the preferences for all providers. This will enable viewing of the appropriate Meaningful Use Stage 1 or 2 data on the MAQ Dashboard, based on your participation.

Configuring the MU Stage and CQM/eCQM

To enable automatic extractions for 2014, the stage preferences from the Configuration tool on the MAQ Dashboards. Select the stage you will be attesting for this year. If you are a practice administrator, set up the preference for all providers. This will enable viewing of the appropriate MU Stage data based on your participation.

To select a MU Stage:

1.) From the Select View drop-down list, click Score Card View or Historic View.

2.) Click the Settings icon:

3.) Select one or more providers and select EDIT SETTINGS.

 4.) Select the Stage and Program

• Stage 1 (2011-2013) – To select Meaningful Use Stage 1 data from 2011-2013
• Stage 1 (2014) – To select meaningful Use Stage 1 data from 2014
• Stage 2 (2014) – To select Meaningful Use Stage 2 data from 2014

5.) Once the stage is configured, select the provider and eCQM (2014) to configure the appropriate CQM for each provider.

• CQM (2011-2013) – To select Meaningful Use CQM 2011-2013   (2011 CQM Directory)
• eCQM (2014) – To select Meaningful Use CQM 2014   (2014 CQM Directory)

How to Set Up a Manual Extraction

1.)    Select the Extraction item from the toolbar:

2.)    Select Add New Extraction Request

3.)    Set up the Extraction details:

Only one extraction can be set up at a time.  You will not be allowed to set up another extraction until the saved extraction is completed (normally 24 hours).

Once the data extraction has been completed, the data will show on the dashboard report view.
